Plans and billing
See current prices on the pricing page. Plans are billed by Shopify.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”Usage is the number of unique documents issued in your billing cycle. The cycle is 30 days from the day you subscribed. Reprinting, re-downloading or re-sending a document does not count again.
You can see usage on the Dashboard and on Plan & usage.
At the limit
Section titled “At the limit”Choose the behaviour on Plan & usage → When the limit is reached:
- Hard cap (default): new documents are blocked until the next cycle. Reprints keep working.
- Soft cap: documents keep being issued and you see a warning.
Either way, we never upgrade your plan or charge overages automatically.
Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”Change or cancel at any time on Plan & usage. Shopify asks you to approve the new charge. Your first paid subscription includes a free trial when one is shown in the app.
