Billing questions
What counts as a document?
Each unique document you issue in a billing cycle: one invoice, one packing slip, and so on. Printing, downloading or emailing the same document again does not count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
By default new documents pause until your next cycle, while reprints keep working. You can switch to “warn only” on the Plan & usage page to keep issuing documents with a warning. Your plan and price never change unless you change them.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page in the app. Shopify handles the charge and any proration.
