Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply to the PrintFlow: PDF Invoices Shopify app, shown as PrintFlow inside Shopify admin (“the App”), and to printinvoices.site. The App is operated by PrintFlow, an independent developer based in Vietnam (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

These terms supplement Shopify’s Partner Program Agreement and API Terms. If they conflict, Shopify’s terms prevail.

1. Licence

While your subscription is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own Shopify store. We keep all rights to the App, its code, templates we provide, and the Print PDF Invoices and PrintFlow names.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the information you enter (company details, tax IDs, tax settings) and for checking that your documents meet the legal requirements of the countries you sell to. The App’s country rule checks help, but they are not legal or tax advice.
  • You keep the documents you are legally required to keep. Uninstalling the App deletes your data, so download what you need first.
  • You only upload logos, images and content you have the right to use.

3. Prohibited use

You must not: access other stores’ data, bypass billing, plan limits or security, overload or attack the service, resell or sublicense access, reverse engineer the App, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

  • Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in USD, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the App.
  • Your first paid subscription includes a free trial when one is shown in the App. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
  • We never move you to a higher plan or charge overages automatically. At your monthly document limit, new documents pause until the next cycle unless you choose “warn only” in the App.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the App. Charges for a billing period that has started are not refunded, but paid features stay available until the period ends. Shopify applies its own proration when you change plan.
  • Tell us about a billing error within 14 days of the charge and we will correct it.
  • Price increases apply to new subscriptions first. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Your data

Your store data, templates and documents remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service and support

We work to keep the App available and correct and to answer support requests within one business day, but the App depends on Shopify, AWS and other providers and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features; if we shut the App down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your documents.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or fines and penalties arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the App fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims against us that arise from content you upload, your breach of these terms, or disputes between you and your customers.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, after telling you when possible. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 12 continue after the agreement ends.

11. Changes to these terms

We post changes on this page and update the date above. For material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If that fails, the dispute goes to the competent court in Vietnam. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of your own country.
