PrintFlow: PDF Invoices (shown as PrintFlow in your Shopify admin) creates documents from your Shopify orders: invoices, receipts, packing slips, pick lists, quotes, credit notes, gift receipts and delivery notes. Totals are checked against Shopify before a document is issued, so an invoice never shows a number that differs from the order.

Key ideas

• Issuing vs. reprinting. The first time you generate a document it is issued: it gets a number and counts toward your plan. Printing, downloading or emailing it again reuses the same document and is free.
• Issued documents don’t change. An issued invoice keeps the data and the template version it was created with, even if you edit the template later.
• Read-only access. The app reads your orders, customers and products. It never changes anything in your store.
